Technical Details of UFO IR MODULE



The frames, on which the filaments with special oxidation type resistant wires are installed, have three kinds of aluminum chassis as 10 cm, 14 cm and crescent chassis. Reflectors with optical design have been placed on aluminum chassis. Aluminum Reflectors are resistant to dust and scratches at the time of cleaning and assume long-life. The aggregate reflection capacity of the Reflector is much above 92%.



UFO IR MODULE Installation Elements Details



Filaments with Standard or Golden Reflectors at various sizes are connected to bearing chassis through metal filament caps via standard clips made of stainless spring steel. The filament is fixed using M4 screw and clips. Stainless spring steel ensures better protection against damages and the strength emerged after high volume vibration and fosters the durability of the filament.
